What we are building

A system that does the estimate. All of it.
It reads the package, finds the scope with the drawings to prove it, measures, prices from your book, checks its own arithmetic.
Then it stops, because the last step belongs to a person.
Your estimator verifies, corrects, and signs. Nothing leaves without that signature.
Why now
Why this exists now.
This could not have been built three years ago. Reading drawings the way an estimator reads them became possible in the last two years.
It arrived as the people who price construction are getting scarcer: in AGC’s 2024 workforce survey, 77 percent of firms with open estimating roles reported difficulty filling them.
The work did not get easier. Doing it finally became possible, right as fewer people were left to do it.
How we prove it
Graded on real bids.
We started in commercial millwork because proof matters more than promises.
Working estimators put real packages through MillOS and grade every line against their own numbers.
On our line-by-line grading rubric — scope found, quantities in tolerance, pricing matched — scores roughly doubled between May and July 2026.
It still gets things wrong. That is why the review and the signature are the spine of the product.
